Want lasting changes quickly? I can help you to get you there, with over 30 years of experience working with thousands of people much like you. This has never been a job for me but a Calling because I absolutely am overjoyed when people grow and heal! I take my purpose in life serious. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and was a Behavioral Specialist in the military along with years and thousands of trainings in different modalities and tools, because not one tool fits all. Some of the training I have consist of CBT, NLP, Somatic, Gottman, Attachment. ACT, EFT, TFT, Spiritual Healing, Energy Psychology, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Trauma, Time Line Therapy, Mindfulness, Nutrition and Health.
I hold certification in NLP, Amen Brain Health Coach, Certified Integrative Medicine Partitioner, Life Coach, Thought Field Therapy, and also work as a licensed counselor. This however is coaching not counseling and we can review the differences. Coaching can be just as beneficial and some feel even more helpful than counseling because we give you specific steps to take and create accountability.

From the time I was twelve I had a calling on my life to help others. Struggling with my own issues as a kid I found peace in the church and they became my family. When I was a kid I read a book that changed my life helping me see the possibilities in life. I knew then it was possible to heal and help others. I went into the military as a Behavioral Science Specialist and then went on to get my Masters in Counseling Psychology.

I have been through counseling and coaching myself over the years and it always helped me get to a better place. I truly believe the iron sharpens iron concepts of working with another person to sharpen our life in various areas. Even though I have gone through traumas, heartache, grief, ADD, health issues and even divorce I continue to work through and rise above. I love helping people grow, heal and discover tools to create their best life too. The tools I have learned over the years have given me the ability to not only heal but enjoy an amazing fun loving relationship with my husband, joy with our family, and so much joy seeing people finally getting the love, joy and success they always hoped for. It is possible for you too and I would be honored to teach you how!
